Roles & Responsibilities/ Job Description:
1. Provide support through Voice, Chat, Email & remote assistance (universal agent)
2. Provide WOW customer experience.
3. Research required information using available resources.
4. Manage and resolve customer complaints.
5. Provide customers with product and service information.
6. Enter new customer information into system.
7. Ability to follow processes, meet and exceed KPIs.
8. Identify and escalate priority issues.
9. Case/Ticket documentation.
10. Adhering to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
11. Awareness of relevant service levels.

Eligibility Criteria to Apply
School Certificate or Higher School Certificate with 6 months to 1 year experience.
Italian Proficiency Language Native or near native speaker.
Good understanding of French and English languages.
Associate Level.
